Validations

Our approved and certified engineers will be able to provide a system review of the installed Mechanical Services Installations. Works will generally consist of;

• Flow measurement of water services: LTHW & CHW systems
• Flow measurement of air services: supply & extract, primary and secondary air systems
• Water quality samples for Pseudomonas, inhibitor levels, sediment
• Controls systems inspections
• Age/condition of plant items
• Cleanliness of plant items: filter condition, ductwork condition, grilles
• A full report will then be issued upon completion of the validation with a description, overview and cost summary including pictures

System Reviews

We can offer a system review of the currently installed Mechanical Services within your existing premises, or if you are thinking of relocating, we can provide an appraisal to highlight any potential issues or shortfalls in heating/cooling or ventilation and areas of improvement.

Whether it is a basic system overview through to a full system evaluation, it is a vital element that should be considered to avoid any additional expenditure due to equipment failure, shortfalls in duty or recommendations, the report will detail recommendations and costs associated.

Life Span Reports

The life span of your heating and cooling systems and equipment depends on several things, including whether the system has been properly installed and maintained. The more a heating or cooling system has to work, the shorter the life span of its components will be. Some parts are replaceable, such as fans, motors, and compressors, but one way to extend the life span of your heating and cooling system and conserve energy at the same time is regular maintenance.
